Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your Race4Treasure membership at anytime. Please note that for protection of our company and for the benefit of active members, you can NOT renew your Race4Treasure account. In other words, once you cancel your Race4Treasure membership, you will not be able to join again.
We do our best to offer tons of high-quality resources at lowest price possible. 99.99% of our members show their appreciation for this. However, there are a few bad apples who will sign up for a few days, download all products and resources, and cancel shortly thereafter only to repeat the process later on. This kind of practice is very unfair to me and honest members like yourself.

There is NO way that I make this policy to force you to stay at Race4Treasure. The decision to cancel is entirely yours and I will respect that. Just be sure that you no longer need Race4Treasure's services before canceling. Thanks for your understanding!

Rebill Policy:
Each month PayPal will rebill your credit card to cover the membership fee and it is your responsibility to keep your credit card information up to date. Two unsuccessful rebill transaction will result on suspension of your Race4Treasure account (and subsequent deletion after 14 days of unsuccessful rebilling).
Of course there is always an exception. Perhaps you haven’t receive the new credit card or forgot to update your credit card details. Please contact me to explain your problem, I’ll be glad to help.

Here’s what you CAN do with the private label business articles:
You can modify the articles as you wish. You may add or omit information, change the title, and most importantly–sign the article with your name as the author.
You may submit the article (with your name attached) to article directories and ezines, but you need to make significant changes to the titles and contents to avoid duplicate contents.
You may also post the articles in your own website, newsletter and blogs.
You may use the articles to create your own info products (free or paid, you decide) such as ebooks or special reports. You can also grant resale rights and master resale rights to your finished info products.
Here’s what you CAN do with other private label products (ebooks/software):
You can modify the PLR product as you wish. You may use your name as the creator.
You may use PLR content to create your own info products (can be free or paid depends on each product’s individual license). You can also grant resale rights and master resale rights to your finished info products.

RESTRICTION:
You CAN’T transfer private label rights to any of our contents (private label rights articles, ebooks, software, etc.) to other people in any circumstances. This simply means that ONLY YOU who have the right to modify the contents and sign the articles with your name. If other people want to distribute the contents, they must distribute the article or finished info product “as is.”

Email Communications:
By becoming a member of this site and verifying your membership by clicking the link in the verification email, you automatically subscribe to our mailing list. Now before you panic thinking we will be flooding your inbox with emails, we will only be sending one email to you a month unless there is somethig important we need to pass along(Such as a site outage for maintenace and upgrades, or a possible Spam or Virus alert). The only email you will recieve from us will be once we have posted the new months products, we will email you and let you know what they are and that they are available for download.

Banner Advertising
Race4Treasure reserves the right to reject any banner ad we feel to be offensive or not in the spirit of a family or business oriented website.

Newsletter Advertising
Race4Treasure reserves the right to reject any text or banner ad we feel to be offensive or not in the spirit of a family or business oriented website.

Affiliate Program:
When you join Race4Treasure you Have the choice of enrolling in our affiliate program. You will be given a unique affiliate URL (You will see this URL on your home page after you log in to the system) and you will earn $8.50 for each person that joins Race4Treasure from your unique link.
